Personal Development Planning is available to everyone, and helps you plan your career path. You can propose annual personal development objectives, exposing you to areas where you may have a particular interest. As part of your professional development, you may also have the opportunity for sponsored study to achieve a relevant qualification, such as CIPD or CIMA.
This programme of learning covers themes and topics that are relevant to everyone in the business, such as Maximising Personal Impact and Courageous Conversations. The courses are designed to develop the skills you rely on every day.
This is available for anyone who manages people. With courses such as Coaching for High Performance and Commercial Leadership, it equips you with the skills to become a successful manager.

Our development programmes
Foundation Management Programme
This programme consists of three one-day workshops and a simulation day, designed to equip our future leaders with the skills and confidence they’ll need when stepping onto the first rung of the management ladder.
Advanced Management Programme
This modular programme is aimed at experienced managers who are ready to move to the next level and create the environments that allow their team or business area to thrive.
Aspire to Lead
This 6-month programme contains 10 modules, designed to help individuals within Customer Operations lead their first team. The programme has already seen 70% of the first ever cohort move into management roles.
