Our 2-year Graduate Management Programme is designed to grow a new generation of business leaders. So when you step into your first management role you’ll be fully equipped with the commercial mindset, people skills, and business knowledge to make an impact.

About the programme

You’ll work across both our Milton Keynes offices and undertake placements in four of the following areas: Sales, Brand Management, Customer Operations, Fleet or Risk. In return, you’ll get an annual salary of £30k, receive a funded qualification, a new loan car every 4 months, 27 days of holiday, a discretionary bonus and lots of benefits.

You’ll undertake four six-month rotations in different business areas, as well as short immersions in specialist departments such as IT, HR and Finance.

At VWFS, we work as a team. Every graduate is assigned a mentor to guide them, along with a structured learning and development programme.

You’ll have the opportunity to study for a paid-for postgraduate qualification. Once you’ve completed the programme, you can apply for the role that best suits you.

Your academic qualifications

We need people who are intelligent, collaborative and sharp. We welcome applicants with a degree in any discipline - you must have (or expect to get) a 2.1 or above.
