As part of our broader benefits packages, we offer some great motoring benefits. In fact, there are several different options for VWFS employees, so you can find the car, or bike, that is perfect for you.

Employee Car Ownership

For eligible employees, the Employee Car Ownership (ECO) Scheme provides a more tax efficient way of motoring compared to a traditional company car scheme. You keep the car for a maximum of four months or 8,500 miles – whichever comes first. Then, you can choose a new one!

Loan Cars

On successful completion of your probation period, you can order up to two loan cars for you or for eligible family members. There’s a monthly fee to pay and you’ll need to arrange your own insurance – even so it is an amazing deal with no tax implications and the kind of motoring benefit that you won’t normally get from a traditional financial services company!

Used Cars Purchase Scheme

Looking for a car for yourself, a family member or a friend? The VWFS Remarketing team can help you source a used car, so you can find the right used car for you and purchase it at a good rate.

Fuel Card

Eligible employees are provided with a fuel card for all private and business mileage on your ECO car. The fuel card will be taxed as a benefit in kind.

Staff Purchase Scheme

You can purchase up to two new cars per annum for you or for eligible family members at discounted rates using the Staff Purchase Scheme (subject to eligibility criteria).

Ducati Bikes

You can purchase one new Ducati motorcycle per annum with 18% discount off the RRP.

Concierge Services

You can make use of the concierge services available on-site at One Delaware Drive. They offer everything from dry cleaning, weekly car valeting and parcel delivery (because those ‘Sorry we missed you’ slips really do clog up the door mat).

You can also reduce the cost of your childcare by joining our childcare voucher scheme.

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)

Sometimes challenges are thrown our way all at once. We provide all employees and their families with access to a free 24-hour confidential telephone counselling and legal advisory service. It’s somewhere to turn when you need reliable information or support, and someone to talk to when things don’t go to plan.
