We prepare vehicles for sale, setting appropriate reserve prices, and selecting the most suitable sales channels. We’re also responsible for negotiating and managing supplier contracts. By focusing on cost optimisation and quality assurance, the team ensures that the company receives optimal value from its suppliers.
